My name is Rebecca, and I am a certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant. I use gentle, family-led methods that avoid the well-known cry-it-out approach. Based on your goals, I create a tailored support plan that meets all your needs to help you all get a better night’s sleep.
My son Leo’s sleep journey inspired me to become a sleep consultant. Postpartum life was challenging, and the sleepless nights left us exhausted. I thought it was just part of having a baby until I met a sleep consultant who transformed our family’s life. The skills we learned empowered us as parents to navigate sleep and family life, and I want to help other families achieve the same.
I am here to support you, judgment-free, on this journey to reach your family’s sleep goals and help you Sleep Tight and Rise Bright.

A sleep consultant can change your life, just like ours!
They will identify the key adjustments needed in your child’s routine and provide a bespoke plan to help your child self-settle and adapt to any changes needed during the support period.

No, I do not use methods such as cry it out or Ferber Method where you leave your child to cry on their own to sleep. I use a variety of the gentle sleep training approaches.

I use a number of gentle sleep training methods which I will tailor to your family’s needs.

The timeframe varies for each baby, but typically you will see changes within just 5-7 nights. It usually takes around 2 weeks for a baby to start self-settling, sleep through most of the night, and have good naps.
